The apple is so obviously the forbidden fruit, hence the lotus growing from it. Both halves represent male and female. The mark on Obamas cheek is on the other as well, it's the kind of face paint they usually use on puppets.
The coin under his boot is most likely a roman coin, which is symbolism on track with the tale they are telling here.
Nice effort and creative thinking though. The map and the c7 reference are interesting though...
