can you explain how atomic clocks work and how this date is changing how they work ^^?

I remember reading it was observed that the changing solar radiation (due to changing solar cycles) can cause decay rate changes...aswell as dna mutations. What fascinated me the most (when doing solar research) was science discovering DNA embedded in solar particles...it lead me to think about how all suns could indeed be the 'father'...who's seed implants life on any planet in that solar system which allows that solar particle DNA 'seed' to grow. Normally the planet in the 'goldilocks zone' - i.e earth, in our particular solar system...supports carbon-based life. However, non-carbon based life forms could also be spawned from the sun due for seeding other planets in the solar system. Nasa have found other planets existing in other 'goldilocks zones' in other solar systems. solar particles creating dna through vibrational frequency. godfrequency ..and hence it then could be stated that DNA already existing on earth could also change due to vibrational frequency, (of the sun?) ?? I tried looking into solar radiation and effects on humans some time ago - sure, women's hormones go awol, and other expected phenomena - but i couldn't find anything solid to suggest DNA shifts. The sun was worshipped for eons for a reason i believe! Not just because it's bright, warm and lovely!
