Legal help? Any lawyers on hand.

So my friend got super tanked.
He was walking home and a female cop stopped him.
He didnt listen and kept walking.
She called back up and another female cop showed up.
Again he kept on waling so they tasered him.
He was super gunned and grabbed the taser wires from his stomach and pulled the tase gun out of her hands.
He kept walking and a third car of men got out and arrested him.
Now one of the female cops said he tried to grab her holstered gun.
He had to pay 2500 bail.
Lawyer for sure but any advice would be great.
Hes a great dude just was wasted.

My friend is going to be depressed and not thinking straight so I want to try and give him some good advice.

I told him to wright down every thing he remembers and take pics of his wounds.
Anything else would be appreciated.

It happened in bc canada.
