Thank you! I definitely find it strange that all the news coverage I've seen shows no real tears, no screaming, no chaotic scenes. You would expect all these from such an horrific thing as the murder of twenty children.

I think no children were killed, but they're trying to create that image in people's minds, and feed off of the negative energy. The gun grab is also a goal, but I'm not sure which is more important to them.

the gun is aimed at gunn city, from what i could see in google earth. there was an incident there, referred to as the "gunn city masacre", which involved the shooting of some local judges/high officials who were caught knee deep in corruption (stealing money via corporations). i wonder if the family of whoever the shooter was has connections to that historic event.
