The drivers, not the cars, the person who pulls the trigger, not the gun. Stop making excuses. Give someone a gun and you allow the capacity for bad decisions. For knee jerk reaction. Look at your last killing. A boy whose mother taught him how to shoot, who kept guns. Here he would have found it hard to find the means for such slaughter. It would have taken time not a moment of madness.
