I dont think that guy did it. I think somebody somehow LURED him to that school and framed him. Too many people saw 2 shooters, plus the man in the woods, plus the red van with the busted out back window, plus reports of a female involved and she probably was the one who DROVE him there plus the fact that he had his brother's ID when he hadn't seen him in 2 years PLUS the fact they are using old old OLD pictures of these people....
