Is there a specific law in the US that would allow the police to arrest someone for questioning what happened? What is the law or are they just making it up as they go along.

I always thought you can do/say what you want AS LONG as there is no law saying otherwise..

It is clear there making it up as they go along...we no longer have journalist we have spoon fed talking heads.

There has to be a law stating that the journalists are conducting unlawful activities either in case-law or on statute. Not sure how precedents work in America but has there ever been an instance where this has occurred?
