I didn't get the bulk of the message, but it was broadcasting for at least 5 minutes, about a block away from my house No siren, just loud beeping tones and a prerecorded warning of some type. It was too far off to make out, but sounds eerily similar to what you've described. Didn't think much of it until I ran across this thread. |
