There are so many examples of the LCD in action...right here...how many GREAT threads have you seen completely die because one or two individuals derail them? How many people feel so violated by the nastiness and negativity, and how often we see people who speak from their hearts and have good energy to share getting crushed by that, while the rest of the group sits back and says, 'Deal with it, that's just how it is here, you're the asshole for being effected and caring.'

EMPATHY, kindness, gentleness...you would be astonished at how much strength these things require! FAR more than hiding behind guns, material goods, false doctrines. It is incredibly challenging, and yet infinitely rewarding, to WALK THE PATH WITH HEART.

That's a tough one because of how people think about fear.

For example, I have removed nearly all my fear for myself. But, I do have a fear for my children and loved ones. You know, fear that they may get hurt, etc.

IMO, that kind of fear is OK. It helps protect us and guides us to make better decisions. But, it must be balanced, not too extreme, and not to relaxed.

Then, there is personal inner fear. That is the fear that needs to be controlled or understood. It is when that fear makes you lose control of making rational decisions that the problem arises.

I have been in situations where the fear was all consuming. My choice was to slow my heart rate, begin taking deep regular breaths and start analyzing the situation with a rational mind, not an unthinking terror prone mind.

I made the choice to dispel the fear. Though the fear was not wholly controlled, my actions were. These are steps. The next time it happened, the fear did not immediately make me 'panic'. Instead, it was like where I left off previously.

It is like getting accustomed to fear and understanding that it arises from the unknown. But, once understanding comes of our eternal self, of divinity, of how powerful we truly are, etc., we can begin guiding our self's to a happier existence removed from the powers of fear.

It's a bitch, and it is not some overnight thing you can do to get to that place where you can control the fear, instead of having the fear control you.

Could you imagine a generation of humans all having empathy and integrity? Could you imagine the positive changes just one generation like that could make? I bet it would make more changes in a single generation than the entirety of human existence.

Could you imagine an entire generation living in fear, doubt, anxiety, etc? Would that generation be able to manifest any positive changes?

The power of positive virtues is incredible. It far surpasses that of 'negative' virtues...but negative virtues, through emotions, seem the more powerful. It is not so.

I am good as always. Been spending some moments exasperating my thoughts alone, away from the influences of others... to find what i didnt know, i knew. :)

Is anyone else finding that the repercussions of allowing your personal energy to be effected by the negative patterns of others has become much more intense?

I've been working on listening to my body's signals as it pertains to intuition on safety around others...and finding that if I do not heed those signals, I end up getting hurt...the good intentions and acts are not something these others can even begin to understand and they do nothing but 'create destruction'...seems like a dichotomy but there you have it.

I've worked on these things my entire life, am wholly dedicated to the path with heart, all the lessons are being integrated in a manner which has become straight forward and clear.

We are taught to shut down our inner voice, yet if we are paying attention we notice that every time we go against our higher self's directives, we end up getting hurt. TRUSTING ourselves comes with being HONEST with ourselves.

So just a thought on creating sanctuary, safe space...trust your intuition and avoid mettlesome people and energies.

That is good to do sometimes.

Also, and perhaps this is the place to bring it up....years ago I ran across a channeling from 'Gaia.' The gist being that ALL SUFFERING AND ALL PROBLEMS ARISE FROM EGO.

It is very simple. It is not guns, or money, or 'vices;' the misuse of energy all stems from grasping and repulsion based on personal, ego-driven attachment.

I fully mastered it back in...2007 or so. I accomplished all the master techniques within about a week except for one. That one was multiplying (cloning) myself to cover the entire dreamscape. I tried and tried, night after night for about 2 weeks. Then, bam, I accomplished it. I won't go into the details of the lucid dream, but I found that you do not multiply your body image and consciousness, you only duplicate your body image. When I did that, I could transfer my consciousness through any adjacent body image. I could do it extremely fast, racing around in and through all these body doubles of me. It was crazy.
