Another planned mass shooting? Possible media leak?

I checked in on Google news a few minutes ago and saw a headline about a man with a rifle in Conneticut acting 'suspiciously near a school' and the police put other schools in the area on lockdown. I didn't think much of it and then came on GLP to see if anyone else had already posted the story.

I just went back and the story is gone and I can find no reference to it anywhere.

Is the NWO planning another mass shooting in the wake of the Sandyhook one to nail home the point of gun control? Was this an accidental media leak?
