Where is the CCTV footage from the Newtown School? There are cameras everywhere today.

Still haven't heard of any video footage.

Tell us why there's no usable CCTV video footage. posted this in Salt's thread: I work for the local school district, one of the top 50(in size) of the USA...for awhile I ran the Audio/Video department that was also tasked with Installation & Maintenance of all the Video Surveillance systems....The probable cause of there being no video is that there "is NO" video to be seen...by that I mean, there were likely no camera(s) aimed at the areas of the school where the shootings took place... Here we are only mandated to cover the following in a Elementary school: 2 PTZ's (Pan,Tilt,Zoom)cameras, one at the front and back of the school covering the parking lots. 1 at the front entrance 1 in the front office 1 in the cafeteria and that's it so if Sandy Hook is anything like us, there is likely no video footage to view.... I can't count how many times I or my guys have been called to a school by Law Enforcement wanting us to "Retrieve" the footage off the DVR, only to find the camera in question was pointing just a little to the left or right of the "action" YOU WORK FOR THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. That's very interesting. So how exactly did a guy THAT WORKS FOR THE NEWTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT just happen to come upon this little forum? And what exactly inspired you to rush to the defense of the "government" and the Newtown school district in regards to the total lack of video evidence of this shooting? Have any local or national news organizations contacted you in regards to this situation?
