Quoting: mkscrewup excellent. where would you start? Basics like self defense, camouflage, hacking, life skills - (budgeting, cooking, business management, etc), outdoor skills like how to stay warm and eat with what's in the environ, human psychology, etc. I was taught most of that and it saved my life a few dozen times over the years. yes! the best thing we can teach our kids is that they are loved, and how to survive in this world. that means tactical skills and coping skills. it also means teaching them independence.
