This may be a stupid question, but why would the US attack an ally? I would assume that the US and UK have shared info about haarp, and probably wouldnt be happy about being attacked by it..

At 9pm UK time, HAARP are setting off a huge 10.0 earthquake in central London, anyone who has been to London will know how tightly closely populated it is, this will kill millions within minutes!

I am speaking out at great risk to my life, as a scientist who has worked with HAARP on several projects (yes we engineered hurricane sandy but were NOT at fault for the japan earthquake that was natural).
