Bullshit...the quickest way to get arrested is to act like a dick to cops...just talk to them like they are human beings and you'll be fine.
Quoting: BRIEF I agree you should be civil and never provoke the police. It's too bad the police don't work for the people any longer. Corporations control every thing that includes the police.
