Obama Administration currently drafting new assault weapons ban

I just got official word the a sweeping new assault weapons ban is being written by a team from the Executive Branch... It has two phases. It restricts the purchasing of any rifle with a "pistol grip", "short barrel". It also restricts the purchase of 30 round magazines and puts a restriction on how many rounds of ammunition that can be purchased.

The President stated that he wanted an assault weapons ban during the debates. Also, this is very interesting that the shooters mom was a prepper. The government do no like preppers. They want full reliance on the government. Possibly the shooter was "re programed" due to his unstable mental status. Thoughts?
