No generalities. Please propose specific law(s) that, if enacted, would have prevented the shooting. Be specific please.

The guy in the lastest school shooting went shooting with his mother... What the fuck do you americans not understand, your all fucking INSANE!!! Or really really fucking stupid! They live in a highly militarized country that only knows how to deal with problems by punishment and/or military tactics. If they lose their guns they lose their lives to their government. It's like an abused woman without a door to put between her and her husband.
