No generalities. Please propose specific law(s) that, if enacted, would have prevented the shooting. Be specific please.

Look up the statistics for stabbings in the US. Our problem isn't the weapons. It is our culture of hate and violence, and our apparent disconnect from the world around us. And this isn't just an American problem. People are becoming more and more self-absorbed in this consumer culture that is about nothing but serving ones self. How many of you people have ever even been in their neighbors house, or invited them over for dinner before? Now ask your grandparents the same question. Bet you a lot more of them have done this than you.
