Washington was the founder.
Seattle is on the coast and has all the piers/docks.

There is a dilemma here about exposing this map along with exposing any plans tptb may have symbolized in movies or other areas of our culture.

on one hand, they very well may have mapped out the aurora and sandy hook shootings in the batman movie with the clear intentions of somebody like us finding it.
and so it is, we DO find it and we end up calling them out (ie: this thread).

are we dumb enough to believe they werent anticipating getting caught and now changing any further plans they laid out in the batman movie and symbolizing a completely different event in a completely different movie?

if there is something else laid out in the batman movie and it's something we can see then theyre showing us their cards and that would be stupid of them. they will change the directive and by doing so they will continue to keep people like us looking like fools with too much time on our hands.

Look at that weather map again. Take an extra close look at the "40" over New York.

The upper-right 'corner' of that particular box is pointed almost directly over Newtown Connecticut where Sandy Hook Elementary is located.

Sandy's "Hook" with a pointer right on Newtown where Sandyhook is located, and the pointer is referencing New York. Perhaps New York is next on TPTB's list for where the next big disaster is supposed to happen?

Cascadia Siesmic Zone off the coasts of Oregon and Washington. Its a "Triple-Junction", a boundry point where three separate Plates come together and push/pull each other in different directions and has in the past produced some very large and devastating earthquakes. I can only guess as to why they would want to map out events before they happen.
It's likely that people "in the know" have a method to read these maps and determine their true meaning, whereas most people only see the hints after the fact.
If they really are creating these event calendars, then they are doing so with full intention of "showing their cards".
Maybe it's ego, a display of power only meant for those that understand the message.
Maybe it's a warning.
Maybe it's just coincidence.
