I put this in easy way to understand .. Nervousness, irritability, headache, elevated pressure, pressure, internal heat etc etc, is normal for this situation if flares is X class, many people will feel this especially sensitive persons or sick etc .. You will not believe me but I many times know when is X flare or high M class, in nature without PC or internet .. Also that's not easy thing to feel but in time and practise you can learn to feel that etc .. I totally believe you. They seemto really affect me also> How do you tell? |

Just be out side when happen high M class and X class solar flare 8-10 min after peak, you will feel heat and pressure in your blood in your head in your body ..
