There were no MEN in Sandy Hook school during the shooting?

This is pretty common in elementary schools. You often have a couple of token male teachers and perhaps a PE teacher, but few and far between. Many parents refuse to let their kids be taught by men because they are afraid of pervs.

Unfortunately true. When my kids were in elementary school, there were only 3 male teachers, and it was a big school. I had some friends who didn't want their kids in the male 3rd grade teacher's class. I thought they were nuts.

hmmm? you haven't been watching the news coverage. yes, there were no men, but the principal ran towards to gunman to stop him. sadly, she was fatally shot. it took only a minute or so for him to do the damage. doesn't matter if it was men or women the result would be the same.

There are very few, "Men", any more.

Maybe this is part of the problem with the system. When I was growing up there were only 2 male elementary teachers in the school. I think they were the 2 best teachers in the school.

Yeah if you go the Sandy Hook school site, there are only 2 MALES employed in the whole school...

Which is pretty out of whack for the young boys at the school who have no males around as role models...

She most likely saved several lives as she bought time and gave the other teachers time to lock down. The gunman came around to other doors which were locked. Several of the teachers who lived said they heard the gunman wiggling the door of their classroom.

The principal was truly a hero and her course of action was brilliant. Unfortunately she risked her own life for little other lives. Sad such a heroic person had to be taken.

What exactly did the janitor(s) do during this massacre? I read that early on, a janitor ran down the hall yelling warning people but nothing on what he did then.

Male teachers are pretty rare in elementary schools these days. Not a lot of male employees at all in school...too many perverts.

Males are all pervs and secretly want to rape everyone.

Men are NOT welcome in school, the office, hell anywere.
