yea coulda been...imma lineman by trade lol...i just found it strange the pause between the flash and the massive BOOOOM!!!!....i mean this sucker was loud....sounded like an explosion that resonated for a few seconds....like i said i NEVER post on here this just blew my mind...literaly...most peeps on facebook just reporting the sound,so that could mean the transformer was say one street over or whatever....just doesnt explain the 5ish second delay til the boom was heard!!!

absolutely NADA now....ok heres how it went down...i pulled up on my street and was fuckin with the radio before getin out of my truck....i was facing west...in the burbs of maple ridge about 30 clicks outside downtown ancouver....there was a flash of WHITE light soooooo bright and intesne but extremely quick....i thought whoa wtf was that....jumped out of my truck to look up at the sky and KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOM....the loudest explosion i have ever heard....it wasnt like lightning...it had an explosion sound to it....it resonated for maybe 5-7 seconds....was extremely intense....so i ran inside and called a few buddys....posted it on facebook and so far quite a few people HEARD it but nobody saw the flash...so far...and thats where we are at friends.....stay tuned
