Ruby ridge was one man against and entire military armed department serving a warrant.

If 200 men with rifles decided the congress needed exterminating, it would happen and a new government would be elected to replace the tyrants who would have risen up to warrant such an extreme event.

The states militias and national guards would join the populace and so would most police departments.
