And for those plugged in with the current events, watching Fox or CNN or Nancy Grace to get their news, they already know the facts and know that getting rid of guns is the only answer, because those nice news anchors wouldn't lie, nor would their government. If it makes them safer then so be it, just as long as it doesn't infringe on their television shows or their psychotropic medications, or time spent updating Facebook to show all their internet friends what they ate for dinner that night. Meanwhile, little Junior is alone in his room like usual after taking his medications to make him less energetic, and after turning off his latest rampage on Call Of Duty, he turns on Monday Night Football and sees a half dozen commercials for the Marines showing cool video of guys with guns assaulting across a foreign landscape in the name of peace. |

History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the supply of arms to the underdogs is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let's not have any native militia or native police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order throughout the occupied territories, and a system of military strong-points must be evolved to cover the entire occupied country." --Adolf Hitler, dinner talk on April 11, 1942 Last Edited by Zedakah on 12/18/2012 05:25 PM |
