Novia has spent more than 30 years in the security industry and said schools should adopt similar programs to the CIA and FBI. By profiling specific students, giving them more help and monitoring their activity all in hopes of uncovering plans for an attack before it's carried out.

He was on HLN interviewed by Nancy Grace tonite but she didn't ask anything of substance.

Odd that this guy, with all of this intelligence, investigation background, was a "mentor" to this school shooter...

If he was so good at being such an investigator, he would've seen this years ago...

I cant remember the last time i heard anything of any substance on the hln. I hope everyone re-posts things that they had said on the last thread, information of course, speculation also. This was just getting juicy.

I think there Is something going on here, maybe even more so evidently now because of the thread killing.

I find it slightly odd also that there is so little response from authorities about the person who ran from cops through the woods, as well as the one the little boy saw prone outside the firehouse. and the teachers account of 2 shadows running past the window.

I just saw him on a FOX news clip,and knew I had seen a whole thread involving him.

Richard Novia = Charlie Sheen guys. It's a hoax. You'd be suprised how much that's supposed to be real news is fake. You'd also be suprised to find out how many hollywood actors are in on these hoaxes.

Much like you would think someone like the character Gene Hackman played in the Enemy Of The State. There was information that you could imagine that his character, sitting in a Faraday cage spouting all the information in Richard Novia.

Soon after seeimng all of this research and information I thought he must have been a major player in all of this, Then the OP was removed.

If I remember correctly, he was a security guard that took an interest in the Lanza boy ( s ) and then got fired or quit under some circumstances and now has this huge corporation.

If I remember correctly, he took one of the Lanza boys under his wing and groomed him for life.

I didn't take any screen shots, I wish I did. Anyone who saved any shot, I wish you would post them.

All I have is the second post, once the original post was removed.
