I was driving home tonight when I saw the flames from the explosion and subsequent fire. Lots of excitement for our little county.

My daughters go to the high school and my wife teaches there and we all know the officer quoted in the story about the threatening calls.

Big life in rural Virginia.

If I can remember, I'll get photos to add tomorrow.

We think it was not behind the ABC store, but behind or almost behind the dialysis center, and that oxygen tanks inside the dialysis center went up.

Much speculation right now. Worst news is that this probably closes our Mexican restaurant for the time being as it is right across from where the explosion took place.

My daughters both ate there tonight at around 5:30. I was returning home around 7:30 when I passed it on the bypass.

We better ban propane tanks!
