He refused to mention Obama's not being eligible. He also refused to discuss Marco Rubio not being eligible when Joseph Farah brought it up on Hannity's TV show.

Hannity is also choosing to ignore the theft of the election.

He has turned into a coward on the most important issues. Getting Obama tossed on for being ineligible mans his entire agenda goes poof including Supreme Court justices and executive orders.

But Hannity is too much of a chicken shit coward to go there.

I never was a fan of Hannity and I care even less about his stance on anything. As for the media assault on the 2A, they smell blood and are going for it. I really can't blame them, as they have the guts those on the right only wish they had.

You know what? I live in NJ and it sux balls to get a gun. I had to get finger printed FBI check mental health check and 2 references. After that you get a firearms ID card.Yeah it sucks but it does weed out the nut jobs. I don't mind doing it once, but every time I want a new hand gun I have to go through the same B.S. aside from fingerprints. I don't mind doing it once and maybe it should be done, but after that, you should be allowed to buy what you want.

It's a fine line. New Jersey is WAY TOO DAMN restrictive but I don't have a problem with a basic background check to weed out (VIOLENT) Felons or registered nut jobs BUT ONLY if the check were performed and then anonymized.

THE PROBLEM is that this could never happen and the last thing we need is a great list of who has been "naughty or nice" when it comes to gun ownership YET you know the government does archive this stuff just because it can.

If they could make a list with disappearing ink then no problem but till then...

EVERYONE has a God given right to defend themselves and I think even Felons who have served their time should have their rights restored if they won't recommit a violent crime but if we have the ability to stop someone who is still out in public but has a known psycho issue then maybe we should do it.

Of course the problem with this and your right about it in that the intrusion of the personal relationship with the doctor and patient being brought up into the entire argument is more or less a violation of the 4th. People with ISSUES PROBABLY shouldn't own a gun YET the very problem I have with that argument is that it seems that arguing that people with mental disorders should be restricted is that "THEY" can always change the definition of a "mental disorder" which they do annually.

Like I said It's a fine line and for damn sure a slippery slope.
