Yes I have, using two 1/3 pound patties. Mrs. Tesla and I love them!

yup, 1000 island. used to work at a burger place, which i won't name, and we used to make a similar burger. the sauce was 1000 island. i made the burgers at home and everyone went crazy over these home burgers i made.

the other thing is you need to make sure the patty is flat, not a round clump. not sure why, but it just works better.

Yes, flat patty,... actually, two flat patties, a la BiGMac and 5 Guys, is a very good burger method, especially for stacking.

I can't stand those 'mountain' burgers where everything's a mess and it's just 'Man vs Food' excess.

yes, it's weird, but a mountainy-round burger actually alters the taste of it. strange that the shape plays such an important role in duplicating the taste.

My normal burger is:

fried onions
mushrroms
ketchup
mayo

I guess ketchup and mayo are the beginnings of the BigMac secret sauce? I know ketchup gets a bad rap, especially on weiners, but, with mayo it's allowed!

Don't flame me, ketchup tards!!!!
