Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8433342 DETROIT — The founder of Domino's Pizza is suing the federal government over mandatory contraception coverage in the health care law. Tom Monaghan, a devout Roman Catholic, says contraception isn't health care but a "gravely immoral" practice. He filed a lawsuit Friday in federal court. It also lists as a plaintiff Domino's Farms, a Michigan office park complex that Monaghan owns. Monaghan offers health insurance that excludes contraception and abortion for employees. The new federal law requires employers to offer insurance including contraception coverage or risk fines. [link to www.msnbc.msn.com] He has a right to stand by his princibles. When you quit buying items made in China, then maybe you will something substantial to complain about. What is a "princible"? Look, my post is NOT about whether or not we should all buy crap from China. It's about the founder of one of the largest companies in America whining about the health care provisions related to abortion and birth control . . . and yet he has NO qualms about selling his pizza and making money in CHINA - a place that used to force abortions and now has a one-child policy. Understand now? |
