I found here at GLP, if I post a link that has been posted by several other people in the past couple of days or if I post a link that I posted yesterday, I get auto-banned by the GLP forum code systems. So, I just remove the " [link to "] part. i.e. Do this... ufo-chat-rooms.blogspot.com .
