North Central Arkansas here and I totally agree, I can't believe my fucking eye's.....I have seen a post on a blog here not to long ago about the city ordering signs that read- MARSHAL LAW KEEP OUT...Now this so WTFH....in connecting dots I agree....

They did this about 30 years ago....moved all the Section 8 high rises to all the out lying areas of the county to spread out the criminals to other juridictions...Took the work load off the city...

rising crime rate huh? Crime rate statistics are heavily rigged. Just like in NYC when crime went down only because they stopped filing reports of rape, car theft, and domestic abuse.
