I have noticed a lot of people are eating food closer to the Source. The past year I eat soooooo much raw fruit and vegetables like I never ever did.

In the last two years I have also started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and honey (the more local the better) and it could be these two things that have recently made me look at food more as 'fuel' for my body.
