Gun control.... Or even better restriction

There are apparently several views only this subject. There has been a discussion relating to this topic for years. Point is for the most part it's one way or another no common ground.
Here's what was lacking. First restrict gun ownership by age. Instead of 18 for riffles make the age to purchase 21 for firearms of any lethal type.
Second if you are a resident of government subsidies in manner of housing or food. Ie if the government is paying your bills and you aren't retired or disabled you can not own a firearm.
If at some point you get off the governmental assistance and are off it for 12 months and of proper age and qualification them you may purchase a firearm.
This may seem biased or upsetting some may say it's not politically correct to exclude one demographic based on earnings in a manner as this.
In that case I simply reply for one I'm not a politician so I don't give a fuck about it, in fact it's due to all this pc that makes it seem inappropriate for some one to tell it like it is.
Point being if you are living in a government paid for residence and they pay your bills and feed hour bellies, then you shouldnt be able to afford firearms for one, and they would be of the last items on your list when establishing yourselves in a new residence.
You see those dwellings that the government paid for are temporary housing. The meaning being move out. Its become permanent housing for generations and if it's not acknowledged would be for generations to come.
The bennifits of adjusting the laws in this manner would reduce inner-city crime immensely.
A further amendment of the amendment would be regarding ownership and the responsibility of ownership regarding parents and their children, minors or still at home under 24 children and those of special needs. If the parents firearm is misused or used in a crime the parent as well as the child is to be held responsible for the penalties and or fines pending incident.
Yes, this could get many people upset to think that they would actually have to be responsible for an item that can cause ones certain death. To actually educate and teach safety regulations and times for actual usage.
Yes , I understand you play a lot of call of duty and you want a cool gun or hey your buddy has one so you should too. Be it what your reason is for buying a firearm , if you choose to ,be sure to learn how to use it and what the laws are for it.
