All related in the annals of Clairvaux in France...
Saint Bernard asked Our Lord which was His greatest unrecorded suffering. Our Lord answered to Saint Bernard:
"I had on My Shoulders, while I bore My Cross on the Way of Sorrow, a grevious Wound which, was more painful than the others, and which is not recorded by men. Honour this Wound with thy devotion, and I will grant thee whatsover thou dost ask through its virtue and merit, and in regard to all those who shall venerate this Wound I will remit to them all their venial sins, and will no longer remember their mortal sins".
Imprimatur: Thomas M. O'Leary, March 3rd, 1929 Bishop of Springfield 1949
The Imprimatur for the Prayer to the Wound in the Shoulder.
Brief Story about Saint Bernard of Clairvaux
Saint Bernard was born of noble parentage in Burgundy, France, in the castle of Fontaines near Dijon. Saint Bernard was very devoted:
To God, God the Father... Son, Jesus. He was devout with his faith, his Roman Catholic Religion. Saint Bernard was a Franciscan, Monk and a Priest. Saint Bernard had many friends. He was so religious with his Roman Catholic Religion that thirty of his friends also went to be monks and Priests. All this took place in 1113.
Saint Bernard entire family was devoted to Jesus. First his Father became a priest. Later all of his brothers joined Saint Bernard in his monastery. Saint Bernard only had one sister. And later on his sister too became a nun.
Saint Bernard was so devoted to his Roman Catholic Religion and was loved by many souls, they followed Saint Bernard... Jesus. Saint Bernard was a good Priest and a pure role model for men to join the Priesthood. A good Priest makes many souls more devoted, and strengthening their believes in their Roman Catholic Faith. Also a good Priest brings more non-Catholic souls to the Catholic Religion. Saint Bernard was that Priest. Saint Bernard was that soul. Again, a Perfect role model for men to join the Priesthood of the Roman Catholic Religion.
Saint Bernard built a great monastery in a valley called Clairvaux. Many souls, hundreds of brave souls came and joined the monastery.
