I think 32KB is as good as they stream. Apparently, the State of the Union Address part is in the 2nd hour...but this stuff is usually pretty good. And yes, I think Oates did have a problem with Bell....hahah..I think Oates did a reversal on Bell and the result was not flattering.....hahahah.

I'm having trouble with the 32KB feed...keeps fading out...actually, the 8KB is not that bad.
