Not a single mention of it on MSM as far as I know. Quoting: Vinyard because it's the stupidest thing ever posted on the internet..just as ignorant as it can get. OK shill, what proof do you have? It is a FACT that the federal reserve system was created on December 23 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act. The longest possible lease in USA is 99 years am I right? What do you make of this shill? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 17295613 United States 12/18/2012 10:44 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | See the following from the United States Code: 12 U.S.C. § 341 - General enumeration of powers Upon the filing of the organization certificate with the Comptroller of the Currency a Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such, and in the name designated in such organization certificate, shall have power— First. To adopt and use a corporate seal. Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law. (emphasis added) The 'charter' does not expire, it must either be "dissolved by [an] Act of Congress" or the franchise will be forfeited if it 'violates the law.' Of course this has never been tested to any fruition. One important note, U.S.C. § 341 also provides that— Fourth. To sue and be sued, complain and defend,in any court of law or equity.(emphasis added) So, find a law the Fed broke, take them to court, win, and demand U.S.C.§ 341 (Second) be enforced. That about covers it I believe. |

Won't happen in this flawed world. Quoting: krosty Perhaps when the notes become worthless, the good old trust worthy government will step in and give to the citizens a preloaded 10,000 dollar chip embedded in the skin. Those who refuse it get nothing. |
