Federal Reserve lease expires in 5 days
Why is this not the most discussed subject in America? Not a single mention of it on MSM as far as I know.

OK shill, what proof do you have? It is a FACT that the federal reserve system was created on December 23 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act. The longest possible lease in USA is 99 years am I right? What do you make of this shill?

Re: Federal Reserve lease expires in 5 days
See the following from the United States Code:

12 U.S.C. § 341 - General enumeration of powers
Upon the filing of the organization certificate with the Comptroller of the Currency a Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such, and in the name designated in such organization certificate, shall have power—

First. To adopt and use a corporate seal.
Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law. (emphasis added)

The 'charter' does not expire, it must either be "dissolved by [an] Act of Congress" or the franchise will be forfeited if it 'violates the law.' Of course this has never been tested to any fruition. One important note, U.S.C. § 341 also provides that—

Fourth. To sue and be sued, complain and defend,in any court of law or equity.(emphasis added)

So, find a law the Fed broke, take them to court, win, and demand U.S.C.§ 341 (Second) be enforced.

That about covers it I believe.

Because they are distracting us with planned school shootings while they sign up the crooked fed as central bank for another 100 years.

The Federal Reserve is rumored not to be extending the charter after that date essentially making our dollars totally worthless paper.

If true, I wonder how we will buy or sell after that date?

Re: Federal Reserve lease expires in 5 days
This topic pops up every few days and it's just as baseless as the first time.

There's no 99 year lease. It used to receive 20 year leases, but those stopped when congress made it an institution that exists in perpetuity.

Perhaps when the notes become worthless, the good old trust worthy government will step in and give to the citizens a preloaded 10,000 dollar chip embedded in the skin.

Those who refuse it get nothing.
