The 43 trillion dollar lawsuit is what you are referring to. The CNBC executive aired the story about the lawsuit and the next day his children were killed by a "nanny" and the story was changed shortly after and never discussed again

The kid in the movie theater shooting was probably setup, both in CO and CT it was reported by eye witnesses to there were multiple shooters that wore masks and all black. Holmes from CO was found in his car basically asleep after the shooting. He could have been drugged for a significant amount of time bc he gave a presentation less than a month before the shooting and he was said to be dazed by other students and dropped out of the doctorate program or whatever the program he was in before the shooting (I dont remember off the top of my head what program he was in). He said he didnt remember what happened and didnt know he killed those people and prolly was drugged for weeks. If you look at his mug shot and his court photo, they were taken on the same day. The court case was 3 days after the shooting. The mug shot should have been taken that day but he was prolly passed out for the 3 days and couldn't take a picture, you can tell by the facial hair. The Lanza kid was autistic supposedly and drove to CT in the AM. The police scanner says they caught another guy in camo in the woods and theres video evidence of this, and witnesses reported 2 people wearing masks. If you were going to kill yourself, why would you wear a mask? This kid was prolly setup, and killing young kids brings national attention.

So it seems The LIBOR scandal and the $43 trillion lawsuit is making them nervous to have to take these aggressive steps forward. Nobody will ever be able to fabricate proof of court dates of when and if these people were to testify. This is all assumption and a rumor started by Sacha Faal. The fathers elite positions feed into these rumors. The only facts that I can come up with is that Holmes's father is a scientist on fraud and could potentially be able or has been able to trace the laundered money and provide names. He has that ability through his resources and software. Whether he is goin to testify is rumor and assumption.

The one thing I can say is this $43 trillion dollar lawsuit must be real and I really never believed David Wilcock entirely but he has been talking about this for quite some time and said it will be in MSM. The day it went into MSM the executives children are murdered. Not sure how Wilcock can be alive but this is his only statement to come to light.
