Dream interpretation please - maggots and moths | |

Bought something to eat from a food stall, bit into it, realised it was full of maggots. Threw the food to the ground, could see it writhing with them, and food looked totally off. Spitting out what was in my mouth - lots of little gritty bits. And then there were moths everywhere, hatching from the maggots. I could be wrong, but it sounds like a warning dream to me, something about eating wholesome clean spiritual food instead of corrupted rotten spiritual food. I'm kind of spiritual, though any real practice stopped after having a baby (but there is a great saying that 'family is a good way to lead a spiritual life because it teaches you not to be selfish') and I'm intrigued by the dream because unlike most dreams, it did not fade on waking. It should be said, however, that I realise it's probably physical bad food because I've overdone the sugar and am feeling horribly bloated...... |
