Gun sales in US "go astronomical" after Connecticut massacre

I was stopped at a police checkpoint.

The officer asked if I had any firearms in the car. I said, "yup, i got a .357 in the center console, a .45 on my hip, and a 12 ga. shotgun in the trunk."

The officer looked at me for a minute and said "what are you so afraid of that you need all these guns"?

I answered "why nothing officer, nothing at all".


"I don't always carry a gun, but when I do, I carry 3. Stay armed my friends." :)

more people with guns = more chance of a kid picking up the gun and accidentally shooting people. also more chance of a kid picking up the gun and going to a school and shooting kids

Well then we should have mass shootings everyday. There are more guns in America and more gun owners then ever. It's at historic record highs. Conceal carry permits are at record highs yet violent crime is down across the board. In fact violent crime in America is at a 40 year low.
