it's set to got to 1 million exemption and 55% thereafter, which is highway robbery of the absolute worst kind, and I guess what some people don't understand is that it hurts minorities, especially blacks harder than rich white people, as well as family businesses.

This year it is 3 million and 35%, which is still ridiculous, but nothing like what it will be come 1/1/13 if nothing is done.
