Re: “Black Knight” Satellite - NASA pictures
This thing has always fascinated me. Wuestions about its orbit, changing orbit, solar orbit then lunar, then earth polar orbit. Scared the hell out of US and Russia in polar orbit before either country could do it. Broadcasts, codes...... this thing has it all! Time, I think, ran a story on it in the sixties or seventies.

Also, above poster is correct. This thread won't last long... they always get dereailed and forgotten.

It is SO neat to see new pics. Good find, OP! 5*!
 Quoting: Mycelium

Some are saying that TPTB (The Powers That Be) threats with death, anyone who spread information on this satellite.

It is extreme top priority and maybe the US and other countries, will try to bring this to Earth, for further study.

In my opinion, this satellite is from a civilization of humans, that leave the planet before our time.

Re: “Black Knight” Satellite - NASA pictures
I'm on mobile,, so I can't type much. It was first found in the TWENTIES by radio operators! They found a mysterious signal with a code embedded in it. Same signal was rediscovered later and decoded, reportedly. It gave a star map matching the sky 13000 years ago. It may have been here since that time. Someone please google it and post links. These touch screens are a pain...

After reading these articles makes me wonder - wasn't the real purpose of sending Sputnik out there to say "HELLO" to the stranger?!?

Decades later and it seems that the object is still there.

Although Russians list operations on board ISS [link to www.roscosmos.ru]
but I doubt they (or NASA) would tell all what these people doing there 24/7/356 ...

Wait, so this thing has been up there since the sixties!? Did I read that correctly?
 Quoting: oswaldkovsky

No. It was discovered then. It has been up there longer.
"God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787

This is really odd. Never heard anything about it before. The Philip K. Dick story that coincides with it is also bizzare. Big fan of his. I read Valis a long time ago.

quote from my previous link.

"In 1987 Shuttle Endeavour Mission STS-088 photographed a mysteries object orbiting the Earth. There are 5 photos of the object on the NASA web site. It clearly shows a large orbit circling the Earth."

Can anybody find those NASA oficial photos?
