More Batman Dark Knight Rises Info Riots?

I found a few more things in the Dark Knight movie. The football player that survives the stadium bombing is number 86 which means to kill or get rid of. The players name is Ward. There is a sign held up in the stadium that says Rouge. The movie shows a created uprising pitting the poor against the rich. Is that what is coming? A civil uprising?
