My children are now in thier 20s, and I am in my 50s. It was a strugle to get off these meds, but did so by taking a mushroom extract called Ganoderma. Only one of my children is still on prescription drugs, and she is 25. I would also suggest taking iodine, limiting sugars, and completely getting off all artifical sweetners. I have a good source for Ganoderma that is four times as effective as what you may find in health food stores. If interested, email me at lisa.diane.s@gmail.com LisaDiane |

I had alot of experience with my son going thru this since second grade, he is now 22. I found exercises for test taking that boosted his grades from F's to As and Bs literally overnight. It would drive me nuts that we would study for a test, he would get all the answers right, then bomb on the test the next day. The excersises we did worked the very first time we did them so we kept doing them all thru school yrs. |

Failing that, amino acids such as L-Tyrosine and DL-Phenylalanine, as well as the first metabolite of L-Phenylalanine: beta-Phenylethylamine. Other potentially useful supplements include fish oil, magnesium, and lecithin. |

Coke doesn't help as much I assume, because of all the sugar / HFCS. Quoting: tandym I just drink herbal tea to calm my ass down. Also: Exercise in the mornings to burn off excess energy. Quoting: Leslie Zevo What types of herbs? Normally I smoke a bit of cheba and it helps. losers. Lol. |
