Like I dont understand the concept of meditation either. Is there a certain way to meditate for different things, such as visiting the akashic records, astral traveling, meeting spirtual guides, summoning certain angels, traveling to other dimension, etc?

and is astral traveling the same thing as exploring the 4th dimension?
