Your phones, emails, posts, messages, etc are all data mined. That is common knowledge nowadays. Is it legal? Depends entirely on the intended privacy of the data. If more than the intended recipient is able to view it, then I would say no, they shouldn't be able to. If it is a public post or piece of data, what is to stop ANYONE from keeping your data logged. It is all stored in a database and never really deleted (guessing you have a column in the database called deleted I am guessing trinity?)

Intention of Privacy is the issue here. If I message my friend with something, no, they shouldn't be able to read it. It is private...
