Now granted I believe it's healthier for the baby if it is breastfeed but who is he to "mandate" it. Is he going to send mothers who don't to jail for not breastfeeding? And some of these kids probably would be better off drinking formula milk as many of these mothers are so unhealthy with all the drug and other abuse going on so I doubt their milk is good for their kids |
