I don't think the powers that be devised the shooting. However, I do think these medications' side effects need to be focused on.
We need to know if he was on meds when this happened or if had just come off them.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1478493  TPTB devise all events of this magnitude especially when there is an official script being forced upon you.
That is the tell tale sign. They are pushing a story line on you before the investigation has even started.
