Thank you...you have made a great point, our government is talking about semi-auto assault weapon bans...fully auto weapons are already banned (well you need a special license to own) but a lot of uninformed people think they are talking about fully automatic assault rifles which is simply not the case. You should read the laws for the assault weapons, basically stating that even if they look menacing that it could be considered an assault weapon. |

Joe bloggs taliban did own fully automatic weapons under saddam hussein. And they were legal in the U.S. until 1934. Still are with a license.
