Civilizations around the world have built pyramids, supposedly while not being aware of each other. Other ancient cultures have also erected stone like circles around the world - and yet, we're still taught that they weren't connected.

Some of the skulls appear to be simply human skulls with modifications, however, the one with extreme elongation also has strange narrow eyes and a ridge like structure along the top of the skull.

Even if we want to say that skull is an example of artificial modification, how do we explain the openings in the face and the exaggerated chin structure as well.

I'm not ready to accept the head is alien, but it certainly seems very unusual.

What seems even stranger is that in the video from INAH, they show that last head and body with a projection of red ribbons so that the body is difficult to see. Wouldn't they have known that the oddest body might be the most compelling one?
