Things are changing but this does not means necessary doom. Quoting: DUCM900 I can'r handle being much more freaked out I didn't sleep lol "Only one candle left to burn now, before the darkness comes" "Happiness consumes itself like a flame. It cannot burn for ever, it must go out, and the presentiment of its end destroys it at its very peak." "But what is Hope? Nothing but the paint on the face of Existence; the least touch of truth rubs it off, and then we see what a hollow-cheeked harlot we have got hold of" |

Curious because I was supposed to make a Power Point presentation and the screen had the sun glaring through the windows on it at 5:00pm which was not expected. There are no shades to pull over the windows in the public building. Finally, by 5:30pm the sun went down past the tree line and the screen was dark enough to give the presentation. We are right on Winter Solstice and usually getting dark by 5pm at 34 degrees latitude. What's happened? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 23559912 United States 12/19/2012 11:34 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I didn't wake up in time to check sunrise. But if two things are true... #1 people reporting later than normal sunset times and... #2 people reporting earlier than normal sunrise times.. There is only two things that it could be....again assuming these are true. #1 the sun is MUCH MUCH larger in diameter. (Not likely) #2 the tilt of the earth is more like it is during spring for northern hemisphere. i.e. the northern hemisphere is tilted more towards the sun than it should be this time of year. (More likely but still very far fetched) Again that is if both sunset and sunrise times have both been affected in the sense that sunset is later and sunrise is earlier. |

Menow User ID: 18943200 United States 12/19/2012 11:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So what you guys are saying is it may or may not matter if we check tomorrow things could go back to normal then be weird again the next day? It does seem the odd things are randomized. Quoting: _Obsidian_ Maybe they are setting up an artificial sun and it takes some time to do the stuff... - I don't know at this point everything seems "off" I saw your moon posts and I've noticed how the moon is indeed waxing/waning from the top down. People think I'm nuts for always watching the skies but they all have their noses in their phones it's a wonder people still pay attention to anything. The chemtrials have been particularly heavy in Cali this year btw. The moon is doing no such thing. Look at it when it is rising in the east as opposed to setting in the west. It's called "field rotation". |

If #2 there should be reports of late sunrise and early sunset from the southern hemispere. So far I see almost exclusively reports from America. Seems to be an American problem (or a problem of some Americans). . :ase26122019: Annular Solar Eclipse - December 26, 2019 - Kannur, Kerala, India |
