The thing is the smoking part, it's bad for your lungs. If it were legal it'd be so cheap you could buy heaps of the stuff and just eat/cook with it and problem solved. Till that day you must replace it with other offsetting habits and wean yourself, walking trail among trees does wonders. Slight opiates, Valerian root, monoatomic gold Try Zynergy+ from ZPtech Hot baths, basketball, there are a million things, video games, anything they all can help. It's your lesson to master I can only offer what helped me. |
